Acid-free foamboard: This is a standard foamcore that provides an acid-free barrier between mounting board and artwork. It is preferred by professional framers, photographers, artists, and craftspeople to preserve their work as it offers the best protection and handling. Its surface is completely acid-free and buffered to maintain a neutral pH level. It is a very lightweight board.
